About the Role

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to customers during a challenging time. You'll work closely with our Operations team to ensure seamless claim intake, resolve customer issues, and drive reputed company improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Claim Intake:

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Language Skills:
  • The ability to read and interpret documents, such as police and accident reports.
  • A confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company.
  • The ability to reputed company feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner.
• Computer Skills:
