About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our retailers, addressing their queries, concerns, and claims in a professional and courteous manner. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers, driving loyalty, and contributing to the overall reputed company of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 25-30 customer calls daily, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Offer basic pricing, discounts, billing, and shipping information to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns as directed by the CC Logistics team, proactively engaging with customers to drive business reputed company.
  • Research and resolve issues reputed company to orders and claims, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Populate data and participate in workflow processes reputed company our Customer Experience Relationship Management (CRM) system or equivalent, ensuring data accuracy and process adherence.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Baseline ability to 10-key by touch, meeting the industry standard minimum keystrokes requirement.
  • A typing speed of at least 40 WPM, as assessed through a standardized typing test.
  • A flexible schedule, available to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours between 7 AM and 8 PM, with occasional reputed company shifts.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
