About the Role

As a Manager, Design Services at reputed company, you'll play a critical role in leading reputed company of virtual design sales experts who work closely with clients to create personalized home designs that meet their unique needs, style, and budget. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing the skills and expertise of our design team.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company, manage, and motivate a team of virtual design sales experts to meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and reputed company targets.
• reputed company guidance and expertise on interior design processes, including moodboard creation, design customization, supplier communication, and deal closure.

• Respond to escalated client requests, complaints, or issues in a professional and courteous manner, resolving them effectively and reputed company.

• Collaborate with Talent Management and senior leadership to address and resolve employee concerns.

• Build strong relationships with our supplier and cross-functional partners.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a design-reputed company environment.
• 3+ years of prior management experience.
• Experience with reputed company (preferred) and design tools such as AutoCad/Revit/other.
• A passion for excellent customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, self-motivation, and relationship management skills.
• A history of thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Experience managing and motivating a virtual, distributed team.
