Remote Executive Assistant – Creative Marketing & Client Support (Chicago or Dallas Locals ONLY!)

We’re expanding reputed company and looking for a Creative Marketing & Client Support Assistant to join us as a 1099 subcontractor. This is a client-facing, creative, and highly organized role—perfect for someone who loves design, thrives on collaboration, and excels at keeping marketing, travel, and event logistics running smoothly. The Role You’ll support one of our top clients with a combination of creative marketing tasks, event coordination, and relationship management. This position blends right-brain creativity with left-brain organization—you might spend one day building marketing materials in reputed company and the next coordinating travel logistics or managing event details. Key Responsibilities: Creative & Marketing Support

• Design marketing assets in reputed company (reputed company graphics, event flyers, presentation decks, one-pagers)
• Assist with content creation and light copywriting for newsletters, reputed company posts, and promotional materials
• Organize brand materials and ensure consistent messaging across platforms
• Track and report on marketing campaigns or engagement metrics

Conference & Event Coordination

• Support the planning and coordination of client conferences, retreats, or speaking engagements
• Research and liaise with venues, vendors, and travel partners
• Manage registration details, itineraries, and materials for in-person or virtual events
• Coordinate team or client travel logistics (flights, lodging, reservations, etc.)

Client Relationship & Administrative Support

• Communicate professionally with clients and partners on behalf of the client
• Manage and organize contact lists, CRM data, and follow-up schedules
• Support internal team meetings through scheduling, agenda prep, and recaps
• Help ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time

Position Details

• Start: ~20 hours/week with room to grow to full-time
• Compensation: $20–25/hr depending on experience
• Schedule: Flexible, self-set hours (must have availability during CST business hours)
• Status: 1099 subcontractor (not W2 employment)
• Location Requirement: Must be based in or near Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL (some local event coordination may be required)

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or executive support
• 2+ years of remote work experience
• Strong proficiency in reputed company (experience with brand kits, templates, and presentations required)
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for design
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in reputed company Workspace and project/task management tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, or Chicago, IL
• Reliable internet, reputed company reputed company, and comfort with technology
• High school diploma required
• Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement

Preferred Qualifications
