Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Health Insurance License Required Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers seeking information and guidance on their reputed company and Medicare plans
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Helping customers navigate the complexities of reputed company and Medicare plans, including re-enrollment and other program-reputed company reputed company
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information as necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the reputed company or insurance industry

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
