Job Summary
We are looking for full-time and part-time Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representatives to support our Prayer Center, which is the heart of The 700 Club. As a Remote Bilingual Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for communicating and connecting with callers, providing ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, and sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-reputed company work
- Excellent ability to effectively interact with callers and consistently reputed company contact center processes
- Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers
- Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others
- Fluent bilingual English/Spanish language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Strong reading comprehension skills with excellent ability to sound genuine and authentic while reading from a script
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment
- Ability to maintain consistent reputed company to a high-speed cable or fiber internet router
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a ministry or faith-based organization
- Strong computer skills, including use of reputed company-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, and email programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
