About the Position

As a Regional Credit Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and training key store personnel in partnership with local store leadership to drive credit card sales through every store transaction. You will also partner with the Divisional Credit Manager and peer Regional Credit Managers to identify best-in-class industry approaches to grow retail sales through Lowe's credit products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and train key store personnel in partnership with local store leadership on effective techniques to drive credit card sales through every store transaction
• Partner with the Divisional Credit Manager and peer Regional Credit Managers to identify best-in-class industry approaches to grow retail sales through Lowe's credit products
• Monitor, track, and trend credit sales results in each assigned district using data provided by the Credit Field Team Sr. Analyst and advise store leadership on reputed company against store credit sales plans
