About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company members and providers, providing timely and accurate assistance with a reputed company of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Responsibilities

• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

• Work from home, with occasional visits to our office in Richmond, VA

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written reputed company
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on reputed company, active listening, and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
