Responsibilities

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing multiple chat channels simultaneously to reputed company exceptional customer service
  • Following established communication scripts to handle various topics and ensure consistency
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls and reputed company support
  • Performing data entry and customer service skills to ensure seamless communication
  • Navigating online reputed company to reputed company necessary resources and information
  • Working requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift
  • Identifying customers' needs, researching to see if request has credentials needed
  • Skillfully transitioning between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times
  • Remaining positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions
  • Flexibility to cross-train as requested

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
  • Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online resources
  • Previous remote work from home experience a plus
  • Quick learner and reputed company to work independently
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • A background reputed company applicable with state and federal laws is required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Phone and Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will enjoy:

  • Starting pay of $14/hour, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Work hours: Shifts between 7:00am-7:00pm (CST) Work Days: Mon-Fri and rotating weekends
  • reputed company program: 3 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
  • Status: Full Time 40 hours
  • Equipment provided: Option-Equipment will be shipped to you for full-time permanent employees
  • Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)

To ensure seamless communication and performance, you will need:

  • Processor: reputed company Core i5 5200 Series or greater
