Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, responding to various inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Serve as Blithequark's face to our customer reputed company by providing compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive customer service.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Respond to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints from Blithequark's subscribers, key accounts, and internal departments by taking full ownership of problems until fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Support Service Offerings: Conduct administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required to support the full complement of Blithequark's service offerings.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: reputed company first-line troubleshooting expertise to Blithequark's customers regarding Blithequark's equipment.
  • Sales and Resale: Actively sell Blithequark services or resell Blithequark's service(s) to customers who are canceling service.
  • Backup Phone Support: reputed company backup phone support to the Call Center as requested (for monitoring sites).

Additional Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you may also be required to:

  • Manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required.
  • reputed company Experience: A minimum of 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably in customer service, is required.
  • Experience Managing Multiple Priorities: Experience managing multiple priorities is essential.

Skills and Competencies

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and spelling.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Excellent telephone etiquette is required.
  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 40 wpm is required.

  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is critical.
  • Team Player: Ability to work as a good team player and independently.
