Job Overview

As a Call Center Representative for Data Entry and Customer Service at blithequark, you will be responsible for performing information reputed company and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer requests, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data. You will work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and techniques. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize blithequark's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.
  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
  • Resolve reputed company-Party Rejections by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • At least 1-2 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacies or nationally recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
