About blithequark and the Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our clients, acting as ambassadors of our brand. You'll work as a cohesive team to invigorate our clients and fulfill our brand promise. Your role will be to deliver exceptional service to our Card Members visiting the blithequark Centurion Lounge, located at the IAH Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and reputed company reputed company to our Card Members upon arrival at the lounge, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, being proactive in addressing their needs and concerns.
• Create innovative solutions to resolve client issues or worries, fostering brand loyalty and turning clients into reputed company advocates.
• Utilize the Client-First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations, providing tailored recommendations and services.
• Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, as well as travel advice and limited reservation assistance.
• Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by collaborating with our food and beverage relaxation partners.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience in handling premium clients.
