About the Role: Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark's Locker/Counter Hub, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time and as promised. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing in-station, reputed company-time support to customers, and connecting them with experts who can reputed company accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email, providing empathetic and personalized support.
  • Prioritize customer needs, uphold company values, and respect every customer, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

  • Work a flexible Full-Time schedule (40 hours per week), including Sundays to Thursdays, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
