The Opportunity

In this role, you will proactively manage the recruitment process, working closely with business leaders to attract and hire the best candidates for our reputed company and finance functions.

You will be part of an established global TA team comprising both technical and non-technical recruiters. What You Will Do

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: reputed company and execute the entire recruitment process for roles reputed company our Tech and Product functions.
• Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, reputed company, and Finance Partners to reputed company industry trends, compensation insights, and competitor updates.
• reputed company Hiring Managers: reputed company guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices.
• End-to-End Process Management: Manage reputed company aspects of the hiring process, including writing job advertisements, posting ads, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and extending job offers.
• ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – reputed company.
• Support DEI: Promote and support reputed company’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through reputed company improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• ATS Proficiency: Ability to maintain and manage an accurate ATS.
• Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive recruitment strategies.

• ATS Experience: Previous experience using the Smart Recruiters ATS.
