The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, working closely with our valued sellers and customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company reputed company service. You will be responsible for managing transactions, responding to emails, and taking calls on a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company topics. Seller Operations Associate (30 days in)

* Complete new hire orientation, gaining a deep understanding of how blithequark operates and the live event industry.

• Learn about ticket marketplaces and how you'll contribute to providing exceptional experiences for our customers.
• reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.

Seller Operations Associate (60 days in)

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

• Hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
• Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.

Compensation and Benefits
