Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Managing planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders/customers, ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements during promotional activities
• Running reputed company queries and using reports to identify trends and solutions, driving process improvements and optimizing supply chain operations
• Leading cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers to drive operational reputed company
• Conducting day-to-day customer service activities and managing escalated issues, providing clear and thorough documentation and communication
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, building collaborative relationships and driving results through effective collaboration

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work rotating weekends
• An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center
• Three years in a customer-facing role; three years in a call center are preferred
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills
• Building collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers
• Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems
• A sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and reputed company to reputed company clear and thorough documentation and communication
• Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision
• Experience with reputed company P08 and reputed company reports, reputed company Transportation Management (OTM), reputed company and Pivot Tables, reputed company Office preferred
