Essential Qualifications

Experience and Education

  • 5+ years of experience managing a P&L or Digital reputed company business, preferably in a CPG background.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing, or a comparable field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Previous sales experience with direct management of a customer/retailer relationship, preferably with reputed company or translatable experience.
  • Demonstrated P&L management with strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and reputed company high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience directly managing customers, including strengths in advising and negotiating.
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent management skills, with the ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities while generating positive relationships.
