About the Role

This role is a member of the Customer Service Team reputed company the Operations Division at blithequark. We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for customer service representatives in areas of expertise
  • Act as a mentor to other customer service representatives

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations and technical teams, to resolve customer complaints or concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a reputed company field or 2 years of experience without a degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
