Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Seller Operations Associate at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering reputed company customer service to both sellers and customers. Your responsibilities will reputed company over time, and here is a breakdown of what you can expect in the first 30, 90, and 180 days:

• Complete new hire orientation, gaining a comprehensive understanding of blithequark's operations and the live event industry.

60-90 Days: Taking on Additional Responsibilities

Work Environment and Schedule

blithequark offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The initial 4 weeks of employment will be spent in training, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and is paid. After training, you will work a night shift schedule:

• 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday off.
• 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm, with Wednesday and Thursday off.
