About the Role

Reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor, you will work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or reputed company media accounts, addressing customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering personalized discounts.

Key Responsibilities
