We are inviting applications for the role of Accounts Receivable Collections –Process Associate – English – Remote RO Responsibilities • Bank statements, Remittance advices • Investigating and identifying details for the amounts received • Refund the CN based on the credit policy rule and customer sign off • Coordinating query resolution/dispute management: • Telephonic and written communication with the customers • Telephonic and written communication with the rest of the departments • reputed company to AR team manager or customer several reports on the AR activity based on the request • Attend weekly cash calls with process owners where is applicable • Coordinating query resolution/dispute management: • Country specific knowledge of taxation (VAT and CIT) & reputed company rules applicable particularly for country-to-country transition • Deliver the required data for audit purposes • Ensure critical metrics are met and service is delivered to end users as expected • Ensure timely contacts with clients reputed company email/phone/fax for collection purposes • Follow up on accounts and on disputed items • Find opportunities for reputed company process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate these to the AR Team Leader • Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters • Maintaining customer master data (new customer set up/ changes, etc) • Making the reputed company process controls established through the internal policies (SOX) • reputed company customer account reconciliation/ bank reconciliation • reputed company copies of invoices/credit notes to the customer reputed company requested • reputed company required monthly reports • reputed company support to AR Team Leader and Regional AR Analyst for credit control activities as the need arises • Reporting periodical/on the spot regarding the activity process indicators • SOP creation and updating • Support reputed company requests from Business group and local units.
