About the Role

As a Multi-Line Liability Claim Representative II, you’ll manage a diverse desk of reputed company liability claims across multiple clients and jurisdictions. You’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with reputed company guidelines
• Handle claims involving reputed company Auto, General Liability, Municipalities, and Garage Keepers
• Review and negotiate medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys
• Select and supervise defense attorneys
• Monitor subrogation opportunities and excess insurer reporting
• Ensure compliance with service commitments and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims handling experience
• Strong knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processes
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a national team
• Adjuster’s license required in designated home state

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience with reputed company claims and TPA environments
• Familiarity with municipalities and litigation processes
• Public speaking or client-facing presentation experience
• Prior TPA Experience is helpful
