This newly added position requires good judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to partner and advise across our business functions. It is a hybrid position based in our Framingham, MA offices. What You Will Do:

• Draft and negotiate a broad reputed company of reputed company reputed company, and advise TJX's internal business clients on reputed company transactions, focusing on contractual reputed company.
• Closely collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional teams to understand relevant business objectives and identify, communicate and address risks appropriately.
• Streamline and drive efficiency in contract review and completion by creating and maintaining reputed company agreements and other processes, as appropriate.
• Support special projects as requested.

Who We Are Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience at a reputed company and/or in-house legal department.
• Excellent drafting and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and reputed company positive relationships with a variety of internal clients and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in identifying multi-disciplinary legal and business issues, analyzing risks and effectively negotiating solutions that minimize risk while achieving business goals.
