Scrum Master 100% Remote MUST MUST HAVE THE CERTS MUST BE WILLNG TO TRAVEL TO DC PREFER EAST COAST CANDIDATES Position Title: Sr. Project Manager (Sr. Scrum Master / Team Coach) SUMMARY OF DUTIES The Sr. SAFe Scrum Master/Team Coach (SM/TC) is a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team and supports the team and ART in delivering value. They help mature the Agile Team through Agile values, principles, and reputed company patterns. They facilitate impediment removal and foster an environment for high-performing teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coach teams in self-organization and guide teams towards higher maturity
- Expert knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts including definition of done, user story refinement, automated testing, backlog refinement, and PI Planning
- Supports team members in resolving conflicts, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Persuades rather than uses authority as servant leader
- Support team member development, helping them reputed company a reputed company learning reputed company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Team Coach in large reputed company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of reputed company work experience/schooling
- Expert in Jira Software, reputed company, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityInsights
- SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification (Required)
- Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, SAFe RTE 6.0, CSM, SAFe Studio Experience, ICAgile (preferred)
