Hourly reputed company: $20 per hour Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST Job Summary: Fiesta Health is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to reputed company reputed company efforts in Georgia. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing referral relationships to generate awareness and client referrals for our ABA services. This is a high-activity position ideal for someone who enjoys reputed company, relationship-building, and making a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company 50–100 outbound calls per day to reputed company providers, clinics, schools, and community organizations across Georgia and other states as needed to build and maintain a strong referral pipeline.

• Consistently meet or exceed reputed company and conversion targets by tracking and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Use our CRM system to manage leads and document reputed company reputed company activity, ensuring timely and accurate records of communications, follow-reputed company, and reputed company.
• Plan and conduct virtual meetings and “lunch and learns” to reputed company referral sources about Fiesta Health’s ABA services. Responsibilities include scheduling the session, organizing the presentation, coordinating food delivery, and managing reputed company remote logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless intake process and deliver an exceptional experience for families referred by partners.
• Follow up regularly with clinical and administrative teams to request client updates and reputed company timely reputed company reports to referral partners to foster trust and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, reputed company Administration, Psychology, or a reputed company field.
