Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned, high-performing BDC Sales Agent to join our fast-paced, high-volume team—remotely. The right candidate knows how to manage large reputed company volumes, thrives on setting and closing appointments, and understands the automotive sales cycle from inquiry to showroom. You will be an integral part of our reputed company, helping to increase appointment show rates, drive conversions, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts daily.
  • Convert digital leads into confirmed sales appointments (in-store or virtual).
  • Deliver immediate and professional responses to reputed company inquiries.
  • Build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them toward the reputed company in the buying process.
  • Document reputed company communications and follow-reputed company in the CRM with accuracy and detail.
  • Maximize reputed company engagement using proven appointment-setting and re-engagement strategies.

  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and over the phone.
  • Experience handling objections and overcoming hesitation with confidence.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated—reputed company to manage time and tasks independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms, phone systems, texting platforms, reputed company communication tools.

  • Automotive industry experience is required.
