• Communicates reputed company telephone calls (Outbound and potential inbound calls) with potential owners to reserve dates for preview package sales/tours, including explaining the opportunities available and answering questions.  
• Explain details and requirements reputed company to attending a sales presentation to potential owners and verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements. 
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.  
• Answer guest questions about property facilities/services. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 
• Contribute to team goals. 
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.   
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
