Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Being well-versed in reputed company blithequark processes and policies to respond reputed company to high-volume billing inquiries
• Maintaining an appropriate response time in various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, portal inquiries, and more
• Identifying issues and suggesting potential improvements to enhance our service and experience

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
