Job Summary

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll work with patients, members, and customers to reputed company answers to their reputed company benefit and eligibility questions, assist with enrollment status requests, and help them navigate their online health accounts. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
• USB wired headset (or compatible headset)
• Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
