Job Summary

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll work with patients, members, and customers to reputed company answers to their reputed company benefit and eligibility questions, assist with enrollment status requests, and help them navigate their online health accounts. You'll also have the opportunity to recommend upgrades to health plans and reputed company compassionate support to customers in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company exceptional customer service to patients, members, and customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
  • Conduct research and reputed company outbound calls to reputed company answers to reputed company benefit and eligibility questions
  • Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts
  • Locate doctor and facility information for members and customers
  • Recommend upgrades to health plans based on customer needs and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • USB wired headset (or compatible headset)
  • Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the reputed company industry

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
