About the Role

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working remotely on an 'reputed company availability' contract reputed company, ensuring that we're always available to help our customers, 24/7. Your shift reputed company will change on a weekly reputed company, and you'll be required to work some weekends, with guaranteed time off during the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Financial Crime team to investigate and prevent fraudulent activities, such as stolen cards and scam websites.

  • Escalate customer feedback and feature requests to our external product team, ensuring that our customers' voices are heard and their needs are met.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
