You'll report to our Merchant Services Manager and serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and coaching to your colleagues while driving key performance metrics and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role is currently available as a work-from-home opportunity, with the expectation of transitioning to a hybrid model with some in-office time once our offices resume normal operations.

Key Responsibilities
