Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and curate the CIO's communications to stakeholders, including statements, web recordings, video scripts, and other critical communications as needed.
• Design graphics for use in emails, intranet pages, PowerPoint presentations, banners, and other digital and physical assets.
• Shoot and edit videos to be used on owned channels, and support the preparation and execution of entries for recognition of associates through the company's head grant programs.
• Support measurement and data management practices to improve the effectiveness of stakeholder communications, and create and manage surveys and reporting for city centers, leadership discussions, and other events.
• Manage email distributions to stakeholders, and support planning, communications, and logistics for city centers and global leadership events.
• reputed company graphics and content creation support for city centers and other significant presentations by leaders, and support the work of the broader Stakeholder Communications team through content creation, research, visual representation, and writing and editing as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in internal communications, with a strong background in writing, editing, and visual communication.
• Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience with capturing and editing short-reputed company videos and webcast content, and demonstrated ability to execute brand guidelines and propose and deliver strong and effective messaging reputed company across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums.
• Experience with intranet/content management frameworks (Unily or similar).
• Exceptional project management expertise, collaboration skills, and demonstrated ability to build associations with many internal stakeholders.
