About the Role

As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient enrollment and data entry processes. You'll work closely with our pharmacists, patients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, answer queries, and reputed company top-notch support. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC skills, including startup and shutdown, using the mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing information online.
• Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).

• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
