Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: 

• Partner with hiring managers across key organizational functions to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to reputed company 
• Partner in developing a scaled hiring and sourcing plan for Data Center Operations and Construction teams
• Optimize the utilization of technology and systems to increase interview efficiency

• Manage the full reputed company lifecycle across a variety of reputed company, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates

• Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to best practices and compliance.
• Drive quality candidate engagement and reputed company strategies that balance time to fill and experience
• Actively contribute to reporting and metrics associated with the candidate lifecycle
