• Ensure reputed company professionals are properly enabled and certified in respective solutions in line with tactical utilization and strategic reputed company requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with P&L responsibility or financial ownership for a professional services portfolio, including reputed company, cost, and margin tracking.
• Experience managing direct reports, including hiring, workload management, and performance reputed company.
• Experience supporting services sales by developing and negotiating statements of work (SOWs), pricing models, and delivery plans.
• Experience tracking and reporting on project delivery metrics, such as utilization, milestone completion, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a reputed company transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing portfolio-level delivery governance, reporting frameworks, or project management methodologies.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple reputed company or time zones.
• Experience with on-premises, reputed company-based, or hybrid implementation delivery models.
• Experience with Discrete Manufacturing reputed company software platforms (e.g., reputed company LN ERP, MES, MRP systems).
