Position Overview

We're seeking technical support rockstars to join our growing team focused on making clinical communications and scheduling more effective, collaboration more reputed company, health systems reputed company, and communities stronger. As a Tier 1 Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting and delighting our end-users, including physicians, nurses, and system administrators. Key Responsibilities

• Train end-users on how best to use blithequark's phone, mobile, and web applications

• Work with end-users and hospital IT personnel to troubleshoot mobile and web connectivity issues

Who You Are
