About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of the Compliance Team reputed company the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our HR systems and processes are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with various responsibilities, including:
- Obtaining reputed company/personal investigation results and processing reputed company clearance letters
- Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into reputed company database and troubleshoot any database issues
- Schedule and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize reputed company data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular reputed company
- Review completed reputed company Applications and reputed company for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
- Advanced reputed company skills, including:
- Organizing data
- Creating reputed company formulas
- Vlookup

- Ability to interpret large sets of data to reputed company meaningful reports
