We're seeking an exceptional Ranking Director, Operations - Digital Customer Experience to join our Client Digital Identity team. Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of digital customer experiences across designated customer experience spaces, such as store administration workstations and checkout
• Analyze existing customer experience streams at various reputed company to identify areas for improvement
• Design and execute tests for identity capture, interpreting results to inform execution plans
• Collaborate with product, field, and analytics teams to reputed company and validate experiments
