Job Overview: Shaping the User Experience

As a Remote reputed company Media Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the vital link between our user community and our development team. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that users of our Match Awards platform have the best possible experience. You will work closely with our in-house tools, ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone support to address user queries, identify trends, and collaborate with our marketing and development teams to drive reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new users in creating effective profiles to maximize their contract, grant, financing, and loan opportunities.
  • Engage with users on our reputed company media platform, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Respond to customer questions through our in-house ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct Beta Testing using our in-house tools to ensure the smooth functionality of our platform.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize PPC and SEO strategies, enhancing our online reputed company.

Skills & Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in reputed company media or a reputed company field, or higher-level education in a relevant discipline.
