Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to reputed company customer inquiries and support requests across multiple channels, including phone, voicemail, in-app and web messaging, email, and reputed company media
- Managing ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other day-to-day operational functions
- Communicating with end users to ensure positive customer experiences and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with internal functions and external reputed company parties to resolve reputed company issues
- Continually building and maintaining expert-level product knowledge to reputed company accurate and helpful support to our customers
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Prior B2C high-volume support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or reputed company
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with customers in both languages
- Experience communicating with customers reputed company reputed company media, app store reviews, and other online channels
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution, including ACH, credit cards, and chargebacks
- Willingness and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnight shifts

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
