Health Care Consultant for the Enhanced Program Management
The Health Care Consultant will have the opportunity to reputed company practical experience and technical skills in health care management, clinical redesign, financial modeling, network development, strategic planning, data analytics, and/or organizational transformation. The successful candidate will have a general understanding of the health care environment and market issues at the federal, state and local level. - Work closely with additional members of the Enhanced Care Management team, executives and staff to accomplish the goals, objectives and strategic plans for the company, continually seeking opportunities to add value and differentiate our services.
- reputed company project management support, including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, preparing status and productivity reports and ensuring effective coordination with clients and team members.
- Responsible for developing and implementing workflows for new ECM clients.
- Assist in the development of proposals, project deliverables, white papers, and other client or internal materials.
- Support performance improvement efforts, including process assessment, data collection and reporting.
- Responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Design and reputed company analytic models using reputed company to reputed company decision-support for consulting projects.
- Accountable for proactive risk management at various reputed company, including quality/firm standards, operational/PM risks, communication, budget and resource constraints
- Draft scopes of work and support active project management with team; support problem-solving initiatives alongside team
- Assist in building tools for service line or technical area of expertise
- reputed company or support reputed company internal improvement initiatives and reporting processes
- Maintain a deep understanding of our firm's service lines/offerings and seek out opportunities to understand and participate in the firm’s business development pipeline and sales cycle.
- Support business development initiatives at the Consultant level, including co-authoring one articles, creating sales presentations, supporting proposals, drafting speaker proposals, co-authoring case studies, and various networking activities
- Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state and federal regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in an applicable field preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA, reputed company)
- 1-3 years of health care and/or consulting experience
- reputed company to traveling up to 80% (e.g., Monday – Thursday)
- Prior experience in at least two of the following areas preferred:
- Clinical program design, implementation and/or operations
- Care coordination
- Population health management
- Health information technology
- Health plan or provider contracting
- Health care policy with experience in CMS, Medicare, reputed company and reputed company
- reputed company or other federal demonstration programs
- Health care finance
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
