The Role
As a Full Stack Sales Representative – Customer Experience & Upselling Specialist at blithequark, you'll be an ambassador for our market-leading brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with a 37.5-hour contract and a competitive salary and bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Use your sales and communication skills to upsell products and services to customers
- Build rapport with customers, understand their individual needs, and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their interests

What to Expect:
* 2-week training programme: learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique, and learn what makes a great customer experience
- 2 shift patterns on a 2-week rotation based on a 37.5-hour contract
- Mon 10:30-7pm, Tues-Thu 10-7pm, Friday 9.30 - 4pm
- Mon 10-6:30pm, Tues-Thu 9.30 - 6.30pm, Friday 9.30 - 4pm
- Working from home

The Experience and Skills You Need:
* 1 year's reputed company and targeted sales experience reputed company the last 3 years
- A background in targeted sales and customer service
