Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for content teams experiencing issues with our content tools. You will work closely with our tools engineering team to resolve reputed company issues, create reference materials, and reputed company training to external teams. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to improve the efficiency and quality of our content creation processes.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
