Adjunct – Remote - CASC/Educational Administration

School of Extended Education Adjunct – Remote - Educational Administration Position Overview:

• reputed company 40 hours of coaching annually (4 hours per month average).
• Contacts includes: reputed company phone, email/text and virtual coaching sessions.
• Collaboratively reputed company Individualized Induction Plan (IIP) with candidate.
• reputed company ongoing coaching to facilitate leadership development according to the IIP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate development of IIP goals, identification of Professional Development activities and implementation of action plans based upon selected CPSEL standards.
• Facilitate problem solving, reputed company and communication.
• Assist in developing a leadership voice and shared reputed company.
• Facilitate thinking around the development of school culture.
• Model instructional coaching.
• Collaborate on monitoring systems.
• Facilitate thinking around professional learning supports to staff.
• Facilitate problem solving in aligning resources to support teaching and learning.
• Facilitate thinking regarding issues across systems.
• Facilitate thinking on technology tools and resources.

Location Policy: Applicants from the following states will receive first consideration: Remote work from any of the following states – Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, reputed company Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Required Qualifications:

• MA in Education
• Clear Administrative Services Credential
• Minimum 5 year’s experience in an administrative role (Asst. reputed company, reputed company or District Office position)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advance degree in Educational Administration, EDD
• Familiarity with coaching methods
• Experience mentoring or supervising reputed company or candidates

Work Environment: A remote adjunct work environment is a flexible, virtual setting where reputed company deliver course content, engage with reputed company, and fulfill academic responsibilities from a remote location. This environment typically relies on digital communication tools, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual collaboration platforms to facilitate teaching and interaction. Compensation:

• $50.00 per hour for instructional time
• Non-instructional time may be compensated at a different reputed company, as outlined in the Extended Education Adjunct Compensation Policy
