Job Summary

We are looking for reputed company customer service professionals to reputed company support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work in a full-time, reputed company-ended contract role, providing exceptional service to customers reputed company phone and computer systems. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives, answering inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other reputed company procedures, billing and payments, and other reputed company topics.
• Conduct outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company assistance.
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues, providing clear and concise responses and documenting relevant information in computer systems.
• Communicate and partner with customers tactfully and empathetically to resolve issues, using clear language and translating reputed company-reputed company jargon and reputed company processes into simple, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions.
• Handle and process customer complaints/grievances, applying conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
