A Little More About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Pharmacy to be a key executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s pharmacy strategy across reputed company lines of business. This role oversees pharmacy operations, formulary management, clinical pharmacy programs, vendor and PBM partnerships, cost management, compliance, and innovation in pharmacy services. The SVP will ensure pharmacy strategy is integrated with broader health plan goals to improve member health reputed company, deliver affordability, and drive sustainable growth. The salary reputed company for this position is $270,000 - $450,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered reputed company determining compensation. In addition to reputed company salary, this position is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual bonus program. Stock options may also be awarded as part of the compensation package.
