In this role, you will be reputed company in providing solutions to customers, handling new service requests, and addressing existing customer needs. Key Responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.
• Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, and other customer interactions.
