Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Plan, to the rules and regulations of reputed company local, state and federal agencies and to the standards of reputed company accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to reputed company. Schedule: 7PM - 7:00AM Shift : Nights N.B: There will be some weekend shifts The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Redmond The Value you'll bring to the team: + Delivers routine respiratory treatments and reputed company respiratory therapy including aerosol therapy, lung expansion therapy, oxygen therapy and bronchial hygiene in accordance with applicable policy and procedure. + Ensures the effectiveness of therapist assessment and reassessment by monitoring patient reputed company. Recommends change in respiratory plan of care according to documented medical necessity and reputed company the confines of established protocols. + Monitors, instructs and coaches patient before, during and after treatment delivery. Prevents and/or resolves untoward reputed company effects. Adjusts therapies according to protocol and documented clinical criteria. Makes and / or recommends changes based on pulse oximetry, peak reputed company measurement, chest x-ray, lab work and other data relevant to reputed company patient reputed company. + Maintains a supportive atmosphere conducive to quality care, department growth, staff development and high morale. + Initiates and maintains mechanical ventilation. Determines or guides the determination of ventilator mode and settings. Reevaluates patient / ventilator reputed company a minimum of every four hours. Responds to alarms and otherwise troubleshoots as needed. Establishes weaning readiness and facilitates weaning process. Adjusts ventilator in accordance with patient reputed company. + Draws and analyzes arterial blood gases and capillary blood gases. Places arterial lines. Makes or recommends changes in respiratory management according to blood gas results. + Responds to emergencies including Code STEMI, Rapid Response and Code Blues; establishes and maintains airway, performs CPR. + Additional services may include: Conscious sedation, pediatrics and labor and delivery.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you will need to succeed: + Associate degree + Must be a graduate of an approved respiratory care program. + Must be registered (RRT) w/NBRC - Required + reputed company BLS (Required) + reputed company ACLS (Required) + reputed company PALS (Required) + reputed company CRT (If applicable) + reputed company NRP (Required)State License (reputed company to CRT w/5 or more years of experience).
