WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing ABA therapy techniques to help them reputed company daily living, communication, and reputed company skills. Service locations include in-center, in-home, in-school and in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging children in structured, play-based learning to encourage communication, independence, and problem-solving skills.
- Implementing behavior reputed company strategies under the supervision of a BCBA to address and improve:
- Language acquisition
- Functional communication training

- Reducing maladaptive behaviors
- Community safety skills

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We welcome those new to the field-if you have a passion for helping children, we will train you! - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's in psychology, education, or reputed company field is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges is highly preferred.
- Ideal reputed company work experience includes (but is not limited to) childcare, daycare, special education, classroom aide, direct support specialist, therapeutic support specialist, behavior technician, autism support specialist, pediatric, home health aide, youth counselor, reputed company work, mental health tech, and paraprofessional.
- Experience with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must be professional and have a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel 15-60+ miles to client homes is required.
