Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Assign new cases to nurses based on expertise and availability.

• Manage case funding processes and communications with clients (Virtual Assistants and attorneys).
• Track workflow and efficiency using , SiftMed, Hightail, reputed company, MS Suite, and reputed company Platform.

Business Administration

• Manage budgets, review QuickBooks invoices, and ensure accurate financial tracking.

• Recruit, train, and support nurses and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with extensive clinical background.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience (case management or leadership preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in operations or team supervision.
• Legal Nurse Consulting experience strongly preferred. If not, must complete AALNC’s Getting Started course or other agreed upon/approved Legal Nurse training course reputed company 90 days of hire.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills (written, verbal, telephonic).
• Proficiency with financial tools, workflow systems, and client communications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Remote team management experience.
• Familiarity with expert witness processes and legal case reviews.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MBA).
• Past entrepreneurial or teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and manage conflict with professionalism.
• Experience using or applying AI platforms in a reputed company/legal setting.
